Missions

The research project is part of the 2021-2025 occupational health and safety plan in agriculture of the Mutualité Sociale Agricole (MSA). The particular context of the pandemic linked to COVID-19 has shaken up work organizations, as well as health and safety issues among MSA affiliates, leading to various forms of reorganisation of work activities. The MSA would like to better understand the changes taking place within companies. More specifically, the aim is to understand how the COVID-19 pandemic has led, since March 2020, to and will lead to transitional or permanent technical, organizational, economic and social changes in MSA affiliated companies.
In this perspective, the project aims to build, together with the MSA's network of prevention workers, a sustainable prevention method for work systems in the agricultural world. The sustainable prevention could be understood as a process of accompaniment which would aim to integrate the stakes of a sustainable work in the changes, transitory or perennial being made. Thus, it would be a question of building, with the prevention specialists, the means to accompany the affiliated companies towards greater autonomy on the issues of health and safety at work and sustainable work systems, in a double orientation: 1) taking charge of the health and safety issues in daily work, 2) identifying the resource persons to work on its sustainable work project.

Activities

The researcher will contribute to the synthesis of the scientific literature needed for the project, the construction of the intervention device and the field analyses. He/she will also contribute to the scientific productions of the project: communications at conferences, publications in scientific journals. She will also participate in the production of the project's deliverables.

- Mastery of theoretical knowledge and work analysis methodologies in ergonomics
- Mastery of participatory intervention methods
- Knowledge in the fields of: prevention, agriculture, sustainable development, etc.
- Fluency in English
- Intellectual curiosity and methodological rigor
- Writing skills
- Ability to conceptualize, write a state of the art
- Conducting analyses in natural situations, intervening in design
- Taste for multidisciplinarity

Work Context

The person recruited will join the Design, Perception and Usage team in the LIMSI interaction department. He/she will work in a multidisciplinary team on the project in close collaboration with the project partners INRAE and MSA.
