Missions

Building of an interferometry experiment for non linear photonics devices. These devices operate in a regime of polariton condensation

Activities

Build up of an optical experiment. Realization of interferometry experiments on polariton condensates. Supervision of a Master 2 student

Skills

Pronounced taste for lab work. Good knowledge in optical spectroscopy and cryogenic techniques. Good knowledge in polariton physics, quantum optics and solid state physics

Work Context

C2N (Center for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology) is a mixed research unit between Paris Sud University and CNRS, located in Palaiseau. With roughly 410 members, the research themes at C2N are Photonics, nanoelectronics, microsystems, nanobiofluidics and materials.
The present position is hosted in the photonics department, in the GOSS research group and under the supervision of Jacqueline Bloch, Research Director at CNRS.
