Missions

The selected applicant will be in charge to develop research in perturbative quantum chromodynamics, as part of a postdoctoral contract.

- Theoretical calculations in field theory (quantum chromodynamics) and development of phenomenological models
- Writing scientific articles
- Presentations in international conferences

- Expertise in quantum chromodynamics

- Current knowledge of English language

Work Context

This 2-year contract is part of a research project funded by the National Research Agency (ANR, COLDLOSS project). The contract will be carried out on the campus of the École Polytechnique in Palaiseau, in the laboratory Leprince-Ringuet (LLR) or the Center for Theoretical Physics (CPHT).
The reception team within the framework of this ANR project is composed of 6 members (5 permanent, 1 PhD student), including 3 permanent theorists (F. Arleo, S. Munier, S. Peigné) with whom the candidate will work first.
